English language skills range from basic to excellent. English skills improve rapidly once employment has commenced.

Currently we are primarily recruiting skilled engineering staff including welders, fabricators, CNC programmers, CNC operators and other machine operators.We also recruit qualified nurses. However, if you have a requirement for skilled staff in another industry we will be able to assist you.

The Recruitment Process

Contact us with your vacancy and supply a full specification for the position
CV’s from suitable candidates will be provided
Interviews and/or tests will be held for UK based candidates
Interview days can be arranged in Krakow or Warsaw
Telephone interviews can be arranged for candidates living in other parts of Europe
Offers of employment are made to those candidates selected by client
PeakStaff takes care of all arrangements for employees to start work.
For nursing and social care staff employers will arrange the CRB check.

Fees

No introduction fee will be payable for the above service until travel arrangements have been booked and the candidate subsequently commences employment with the client.

Staff may be employed on a temporary or permanent basis. Hourly charge rates or one off recruitment fees will be agreed with the client in advance.

Our service to the candidate

We will assist the candidate with making travel arrangements and finding accommodation. We will assist with the necessary employment documentation.
