Senior Care Assistant (North Dorset)

Two Senior Carers are sought by a residential home in an historic hill-top town in North Dorset. You must have a good command of English, as you will be part of a team looking after 25 or so elderly residents, some with dementia. NVQ Level 2 is also desirable. You will work a full-time shift pattern to include some weekends and occasional nights. The hourly rate of pay of £6.63 (weekdays) and £7.75 (weekends) will increase to £6.83 and £7.95 respectively upon successful completion of the 3-month probationary period. A supplement of 25p per hour will also be paid for carers achieving required NVQ grades.
