Deputy Home Manager (RGN) Leicestershire

PeakStaff Recruitment seeks a full-time Deputy Manager for a modern, purpose-built care home located in a rural area between Derby and Leicester.  You will be a highly motivated individual with at least 2 years’ experience in a care or support role. You must also have excellent clinical skills and a good command of English, both oral and written, since you will lead a team looking after thirty or so elderly residents, up to 20 of whom have nursing needs. You will work 35 daytime hours per week to include some week-ends. The rate of pay is £12 per hour, bank holidays being paid at double time. You must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid NMC PIN number. NVQ Level 3 in Care is desirable.
